You don’t expect gourmet food when you go to the Bell. Food was actually pretty well done this time. Dorito tacos never hold their shape but otherwise a solid experience. I think they could streamline their ordering kiosk as there’s too many prompts confusing people and making the ordering process lengthy. Although that’s probably by design to push users to their app.

I’ll start with saying Taco Bell is definitely a favorite go to spot for me. Love their food and even more so this location. Unfortunately the customer service this visit fell through the floor. I had put 2 online orders and went to pick them up from the drive through and place another while I was already there. Once I pulled to the intercom I was letting the kind woman know I was here to pick both orders. First she said she could only see one. Later said she saw both orders but one was wrong. I explained what both orders were and asked if I can show the orders at the window. Than the manager hopped over the com explaining I must’ve ordered at a different location. So to make it easier I pulled to the window but he was adamant I ordered at the wrong store so I showed him both online orders and that I was at the right location only for the manager to close the window door while I was in the middle of explaining what I ordered. He comes back and I ask if he still would like to see if what I ordered was here and if it was correct. He blatantly and Rudely says “did I ask you if I wanted to see your order”. Then rudely hands me both online orders that miraculously appeared for him on the monitor. Claiming they had just came in but I placed the order nearly half an hour before I got there. Tells me I’m good to go but forgets to give the order I placed at the drive through. Waiting a couple of more minutes he finally gives me my order and doesn’t say a word. Worst customer experience I’ve had here and very unfortunate.

I ask and paid for extra lettuce on all my food. Well had tomatoes missing, and very little of what normally is in it. The taco shell was like cardboard. Whoever fixed my meal must have been running out of food
