We stopped in for a quick take home meal and, after reading the reviews, I feel like I hit the lottery! I encountered no problems with either food quality, nor with the employees. I would rate this location unusually slow for how few customers there were at the time. I do feel that the employees and the location as a whole would benefit from extra training, especially concerning what I witnessed to be a problem customer in line before us.

Our family went last night in the drive thru, one hour to when they close, we got home and open my Mexican pizza, I can already tell it wasn’t cooked right just by looking at it, but I ate it anyways due to this location being a little further to where we live, woke up this morning and we all woke up with food poisoning! We are throwing up, going diarrhea and burping it out! I’m really upset and I think I should get a refund! I don’t want anything else but that! I’ll never eat there again!

Ordered a few things for my family today And Taco Bell forgot to give us our nachos bell grande and skimped us out on the beef in our Crunchwrap. I went back to let them know. the manager named “Gasdeli” was SO RUDE she argued with me about the receipt I told her we did not get one! And she refused to give us our order or to make anything right. They rather lose customers than to make things right for the customers that they’re effing over.

Ive been to Taco Bells all over this country. It my favorite fast food restaurant by far! This one is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Hands sown. Do not visit this establishment. There workers are incompetent, rude, and lazy! Ive gone 3 times. This last time I just walked out.

This has to be the WORST Taco Bell/KFC location. Even ordering an easy item such as a REGULAR soft taco this is what I unwrapped. Never gets it right even with the constant employee turnover rate. Repeating orders along with giving a receipt is NEVER DONE!! Put this location through rigorous training and start a new hire immediately.

Ok so please explain why the price didn’t match the menu ? .80 cent difference on one item seems excessive. I was told that they are a franchise and the prices don’t match the menu. I spoke to the manager and was offered cinnamon twist or a drink(pass)This place is close to a retirement community. I don’t want them taking advantage of older folks in the community. Disgraceful.

Its a combo with KFC…Honestly went there for the sweet lightning Mtn Dew. Place was clean, took a bit to get the order but there was a big order ahead of us so understandable. Had to ask for our cups. The ice machine wasnt working. Manager did say thanks for patience as its our rush with lunch. There was only a couple of us inside and only saw 3 cars in the drive thru when I walked inside. Lady was in there complaining about ice but they were nice and understanding and filled our cups with ice at the drive through. Food was good, was hot, good portion. I was ok with this taco bell. My boys had some chicken sliders…order was right

Keep driving to the next closest location. Customer service sucks! They do the bare minimum every time. I have left without food before just because the staff is so horrible. I waited 30 minutes to watch another staff memeber walk in and get their order prioritized. The staff is stealing they refuse receipts. They talk poorly about their customers while they are present.This franchise owner can’t possibly care. No matter how long between visits they still suck!
