We walked in and after about three people looking at us standing at the counter waiting to order a younger medium blond kid came to the counter and told us that he could only take orders from the kiosks. I asked why politely and he didn’t respond. My husband asked why and he said he could help us with the kiosk. My husband said we’d like to order with a person if he can help us with the kiosks why can’t he just take our order. My husband then says it would help save his job. The kid said I don’t appreciate the disrespect and said if we didn’t like using the kiosk we could leave. So we did. And when I say we will never return it’s a fact. We told the kid we would call corporate and he basically said fine go ahead. He doesn’t realize that the older generation will go on google and yelp and call corporate. We don’t threaten. We follow through. Here we were trying to help him keep his job and he wants to be fired. No problem.

This TACO BELL is so much nicer than some of the others around town, especially the one attached to KFC at 91st and Union Hills. This is a clean and large and modern environment. Welcoming you to sit down far from the order area and visit with your company enjoying a meal together.

I ordered the number 1 (supreme combo) with a large drink and there was barely any meat or sour cream in the taco and the drink was small size. Very disappointed. Not worth the 11 and change that I paid for. Very Disappointed!

Horrible customer service every single time. I only go because the food is great and it’s close but I am going to 67th Ave and happy valley until the manager enforces friendly customer service. Every time I go the large amounts of staff is standing around behind the counter chatting with each other and on their cell phones all while there are people waiting for help and the dining room is dirty. They call your name and plop the food down at the counter and walk away without checking your order for everything like a drink cup. Minimum wage has gone up and yet, the quality of staff has seriously tanked. Get better staff, kids or people who actually want to earn their money and have good work ethic and customer service skills.

The soda machine is never functioning correctly. The amount of food for your order fluctuates every visit. The drive thru window has always been the longest time of any Taco Bell on the west side of the was valley.

This Taco Bell has always been clean (A great plus in my book.) They also have tacos well put together, rather than half of the ingredients in the wrap, something that looks like 1/2 a filled taco or cracked/falling apart needing a fork to eat with, as well as not stuffed with lettuce, they’re well balanced.

I ordered a Chalupa and a Pepsi at Tacobell located at Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Happy valley, Peoria location. Chalupa was dropped straight into the bag without wrapping it. All the fillings were spilled in the bag. No napkin and no receipt was provided. You can do better than that Tacobell, you’ve got to. I felt terrible eating my Chalupa like that

Avid taco bell enjoyers will agree with me, the biggest drawback is the inconsistency in quality. I eat at this store a lot and am happy to say its pretyy consisrent. Some order mess ups and stale shells every now and then, but its a taco bell so whatever. My only real complaints are that drive thru people are stingy with the sauces. Every other taco bell i go to gives like 1-1.5 per taco but sometimes i go here and get like 2 sauces for 4 tacos. Additionally, going during peak hours increases chances of lower quality food. Id try and go at non peak times if possible

I received good customer service, but nearly broke a few teeth on hard crunchy diced potatoes in my potatoes & cheese burrito. No bueno. .. But yay for the good customer service. Atleast keep that up.

I went to this location against my better judgement. The drive thru took 20 minutes, my order was wrong and what I got was inedible. I went back the next day for a replacement. It was the saddest remake of a soft taco supreme and pintos and cheese I’ve ever had. Two other people were there with wrong orders as well.
