Went through drive thru and the guy there was rude had no customer service manners. I asked for extra sauce because I ordered a lot of food for my family and he only gave me 3 packets when I asked he stated how many I said 10 he said I can only give you 3 of each ( 3*3=9) lol he was just being a jerk then I get home and check my food and this taco is all smushed smh !

I’ve been going here for years. But in the last year or so this location has gone down. They don’t sell the nacho fries. Whenever we get the Cinnabon balls they are dry. They often throw our food in the bag badly. I’m often missing items. And the last 3 times I went they forgot my hot sauce. It appears I will have to drive a little farther to other locations that are better. I’m disappointed.

It’s taco bell people. You aren’t coming here for anything resembling gourmet. You hardly come here expecting Mexican food. They do a decent job, but often orders are missing items or have wrong items. It’s fast food people.

After working much overtime. I came by the drive thru. Staff was extremely friendly. I was met with smiles and great service. It made my day after having a very long stressful day myself. Night shift at Taco Bell 4/13/23 at 10:20 p.m. are the best hands down! Sheesh that was some fire service. Litness was unreal.
