I found the food ordered to be of decent quality. I truly felt that the profit boosting small bag of nacho chips and the half filled container of accompanying cheese to be rather disappointing and a total rip off, perhaps I would have felt entirely different had the nachos been half-off in price to match the quantity shaving. Please consider avoiding this abuse.

Ordered two Beef and Cheese Burrito, got two Bean Burrito. Had to eat them, I had nothing else. Never the less they was very bad. The wrong place for carry out. No more drive thru for me. Having supper inside with my family. Meal was just the way I ordered it. Dinning area was clean. Meal Delicious. 12/16 My son and I had a great meal. Staff was very friendly.

Got a taco burrito craving pack tonight, The taco shells were stale, and I was asked to pull out of the drive through and had to wait quite some time for stale overpriced tacos. To add insult to injury, I don’t appreciate paying more for worse quality food while being asked if I can fund a corporate entity’s write off.

Open until midnight or later is a joke. These people started cleaning up and throwing out food before midnight closing the drive through early. I asked the lady when the drive through closed and she said at 12. Yes we showed up 8 minutes before close, but orders were suppose to still be taken. We were ignored completely and had to call. I asked her when she actually closed the drive through and wouldn’t give me an answer so I guessed that she closed it 15 minutes early. Where has customer service gone? I’m only 27 and I have more customer service in my pinky than a whole crew working at a fast food joint. If it was me it would have stayed open until the times stated everywhere. Also have had issues with the nextdoor McDonald’s closing even though it’s 24 hours. I work nights so I depend on late night food joints and these two seem by far the worst ever. Valencia stores are more friendly and don’t close their doors early. I shouldn’t have to back track from here to Valencia just to eat.

Food was good. However, the experience with what I ordered was terrible. I ordered a side of sour and got not even a half rammikin full. Asked about why so little and was told that’s “1” pump. Because I said I gotten more the last time I came which was about a week ago, the manager on duty had to prove what “1” pump is. I couldn’t even clean the rammikins because all they have out are forks.

I don’t know if they have horribly lazy workers or if they hate DoorDash orders but I’m always missing part of my order and always having to get DoorDash credits that it’s ridiculous! How hard is it for the TacoBell employee to double check the receipt and make sure everything is in the bag? Also who the heck fills a breakfast burrito that’s supposed to have potatoes and sausage with just ALL EGG!!!
