I just got a #9, which was a pizza and 2 tacos. The worst I have ever had. Took one bite and thought this meat is bad. The tacos even smell bad. The Mountain Dew tasted like it was watered-down. The only good thing about it was Nessa, the cashier. Very nice… I will drive all the way to Camp Verde if I want Taco Bell again. Or do without.

So, these awesome employees have been working without air conditioning for a week now, and yet, they’re still on it!!!! Everyone there is amazing, helpful, and have attention to detail! We came in with a big order (we have 6 kids, sorry!) and had customizations, and they got it perfect! Even working in those conditions, do better owners, they did it with smiles on their faces. I placed an online order for some burritos and the new lava sauce. After waiting 40+ minutes for my order, they told me they were out of lava sauce. When I asked about the refund for the sauce, they said they couldn’t do a refund and that they would get me some cinnamon twists. After waiting for another 20 minutes out front eating my food(that they made incorrectly), no one came to give me either the cinnamon twists or a refund. So I left.

As long as you’re getting into via doordash everything should be just fine can’t say that me personally any personal orders I’ve put through there’s always something missing or incorrect but the rewards app gives me free stuff so I just can’t help it got to go back

Just dropped $26 on 4 tacos and #2 but the tacos only included lettuce. Couldn’t barely see any meat. Just a thin amount that maybe amounted to a teaspoon on each taco. It had to have been a joke! Wow! Do NOT eat here even if desperate unless you want a taco shell with lettuce. I am going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge as it is ridiculous.

I ordered the cravings deal and the taco shell was cold like it. Just came out of the freezer and The gordita Was also cold. Then I got to the five layer burrito and realized that the three cheese Was supposed to be between the 2 tortillas but they put just 1 PM of nacho cheese and it didn’t seem Like it was cooked at all so I don’t Recommend the Taco Bell in cottonwood to anybody. I have worked at a Taco Bell before and I know how the food is supposed to be and this isn’t what people want. People wanted to enjoy Taco Bell but this place is just really bad don’t eat there.

I went through the drive-thru and at the window I asked if I could add to my order and was told know which was fine I went back around through the drive-thru. I opened my food that I had already gotten and it was the wrong item. When I got up to the window I explained to the girl that it was the wrong item and asked if I could have it replaced and she said “it’s already been ate”. After paying for and getting my second orde4, I again, explain that I would like to have the original purchased item exchanged for the correct item. I was given the same response. At that time I asked to speak to a manager, who promptly came to the window. I explained the problem and was asked to pull around to the rest of the building. I know sooner parked when the manager came out with the correct item. I was thankful for that, however ot was not very warm.
