Saturday night 8-12-23 10pm. How you guys going to let Uber eats pick up an order and not put sauce or chips. I paid extra to have an improper order delivered. Then I get out and drive over there because no one is eating that food without the sauce and no one even apologizes or tried to make it right. You guys can’t be doing that. I wasted $8 bucks on delivery to be forced to get out and drive back over for sauce and chips. Sauce guys. WTH it’s like more important than napkins which I also did NOT get. Very regular customer and very disappointed plus my freeze was completely melted. I spent $30 bucks!!! You should be ashamed of that service. You wasted my money big time over stupid little mistakes that mean EVERYTHING!I I deserved a new drink at least.

I ordered through Door Dash and thought it was quite odd that only 3 minutes past from the time of confirmation to the time it was picked up. Made since why the fried chicken in the chicken tacos was still frozen inside. The rest of the tacos – steak and ground beef – were all at an unsafe temperature to eat, much more cold than as if it had recently been pulled from the refrigerator. Shameful!

Usually fine, but the night of 4/11 wasn’t great. My order had 2 items and both had incorrect ingredients, which made them inedible. That’s okay, mistakes happen. So I receive credits and reorder through door dash, eating the $5 delivery fee. Order finally arrives, and the entire thing is someone else’s order, with items that make it inedible to me. It had my name and correct order on it, but the items were completely incorrect. Very frustrating as now I’m still trying to find dinner

It was a lot better experience this time around compared to when I was there last. They remodeled the store and the staff has to unlock the bathroom for you but it was still nice. The vagrant problems has caused a lot of places to shut down the restroom completely so at least it was open for paying customers.
