I have visited this Taco Bell location and it seems ok. The food is always hot and fresh and made correctly. The service seems to be very slow. I have waited for 3 burritos as long as 10 minutes on the 2 times I have visited and it never seems busy. I have never seem more than 1 other customer inside, but the service is still very slow.

Waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Food was completely wrong. Toppings were skimped on. I don’t care if you’re short staffed, make the food correct and up to quality standards. Look at the photo for the paper thin Crunchwrap. Absolutely ridiculous.

Monday August 14th around 6:00 PM. Snotty white female needs some customer service classes. Very disrespectful. Refused to take an add on at the window which is understandable, he agreed and went inside to order. But when inside he was greeted with a rude comment like “he really came inside to order?” Then proceeded to ignore him and ignore an employee who said he needed help. What’s your issue with customers? Do you not need them?

Lobby is usually closed because they can’t hire people. Drive-thru is slow for the same reason. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. If you can’t at least put a sign on your door saying it is locked so I don’t have to waste my time, I will never waste your time again.

Like others said don’t waste your time. Food is never right if you even get your stuff. Nobody answers at the box, I have also experienced 45+ minute lines here while watching employees just stare at us through the doors. Save yourself the stress and go to any other location, I truly don’t understand how this store is even running.
