This location is constantly the slowest in the city. It amazing seeing all the people drive off. They lose so much $$$$ it seams like they would try and fix it.. I dread coming here in the evenings. I know not the store employees’ fault. I actually feel sorry for them. Upper management needs to figure something out. This all lies at your feet.

10/22/22 between the hours of 8:57 pm and 9:30 pm my order was made horribly wrong. The chips I ordered tasted like burnt grease, my chapula was burnt and tasted like card board. Plus my drink never made it with the order. My fries were cold and tasted a day old. Just don’t eat here.

This location is hit or miss. The service is pretty poor, the food from both menus is either good or horrible with no rhyme or reason as to why, and don’t expect a great atmosphere to eat in. It’s just not really clean, like a mopping without sweeping before, and the bathrooms are… well best left unsaid.

My wife ordered two black bean items, NO MEAT. When we got home not only were the beans nonexistent one of the items had meat tucked away in a “corner”. She also ordered nacho fries, was charged for them and did not receive them.

If I could.give it a zero I would. This place constantly dissapoints. I have a large family constantly we ate having problems with incomplete orders. Last night was something special. 2x 2 piece . I was told we inly have white meat I said ok but it was burnt to the pint it was unedible and 3 famous bowls there was burnt fryer pieces in one and in the other 2 wasn’t any popcorn chicken. Between the 3 bowls there was a total of 5 peices of chicken and about 10 pieces of burnt fryer trash. We won’t be going there again and i would advise against you trying it as well.

Never ever eat at this Taco Bell/KFC!! The kitchen was beyond dirty and had sewer water on the floor where one of the employees was literally dancing in it and splashing the sewer water all over! The employees completely ignored me when I asked about an order I was picking up for a delivery which said it was ready and when they finally brought me the order the food had been prepared at 9:30 and I didn’t get the delivery until 10 so the food was cold! I tried asking the employees if they could remake it because it was freezing cold but again was completely ignored by all the employees! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, one of the grossest and dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever seen, and the worst customer service ever with the rudest employees! Trust me when I say this restaurant isn’t sanitary to eat at all!!

Went through the drive thru at 8:40, Google said it was open but no one answered at the drive thru speaker. There was a sign on the speaker that said the drive thru was open at 07:00am and it said to “review the menu and pull forward to the window for assistance in ordering”, so I thought the speaker was broken. When I pulled up to the window there was no one there. The drive thru window had a Decal that said drive thru opens at 9:00am! I wasn’t sure if they were open or not so after waiting a while I left. Very confusing and inconsistent hours posted.
