Worst location. These people working here are rude, disrespectful and lack good customer service skills. They are gross and work with tissue paper hanging out of their nose. They lie about allergens in their food. So beware they might kill you because they will deny certain allergens being in the food. The supposed manager Alexis has no idea how to manage a fast food restaurant. This location needs whole new staffing asap!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had these people have no customer service. They stuffed $45 worth of food and one bag. My mom’s chicken was completely pulled off of the bone and the with no skin. We asked for a refund and the so called manger working the drive tru had bloody finger nails like she’s been biting on her nails all day. Just the worst service I have had anywhere. This place should be closed down and deserves a 0 star rating.

This Taco Bell was completely out of line for serving tacos with absolutely no substance in them at all. If I wanted to eat a shell, I would have went across the street to smith’s. And then every tacos was broken and or crushed but still messed up my order. I won’t be sending anyone there. I’m disappointed in you guys for the service as well.

The woman named alexis needs to learn how to treat customers. My wife went to pick up some food and there was a mix up with the order. She asked if they could remake them and the woman alexis started treating her horribly. After my wife lost trust in them since every employee was looking out the window at her she asked them to no longer make them and for a refund. The woman alexis asked for the incorrect food back and checked it as if my wife would have taken anything from it. We started the week out with our house almost burning down and my family being displaced since Monday, this was the last thing we wanted while just picking up food since our food at home was destroyed. That woman alexis should be employed as a custodian. Would love to see this restaurant close as it has gotten so horrible, I personally have not gone to this dumpster fire since 2021 and will continue to avoid this place. If you like to eat incorrectly made food, experience horrible customer service, and have to talk to a woman like alexis then this place is for you. Hope the GM sees this and gets rid of alexis asap.

The fact that I ordered over a $50 meal. Come home notice that some of my items are missing. My daughter ended up going back while she’s out. I was still removing stuff from the bags, noticed another item was missing. She was already on her way back didn’t go back for that item. Called to the store to let them know of more items are missing they never answer their phone. Out money and food!
