Was forced to use the kiosks inside to order food. Took twice as long as normal just so they can capture your email for marketing which is the only way to get a receipt. Food tasted OK but portions were small. My nachos were mostly chips. Should’ve just used the drive thru. I saw other customers frustrated with the process too. No customer service, only customer self service.

You think these places would hire people with some intelligence. Drive thru people don’t know what a mobile app order is. Pretty simple stuff and they weren’t that busy so there’s no excuse for that then there’s never anyone at the front apparently it takes a whole team including manager to make a burrito luckily there’s better service Taco Bell’s avoid this taco hell if you don’t want to pay for ineptitude and degeneracy. My wife and I entered the store and there were no customers so we walked to the counter to place our order. The worker said we had to use the kiosk which left him standing there with nothing to do. 4 workers there doing nothing but still could not be bothered to take my order. We turned around and left. Why would I take my own order for a company I don’t work for?

My order was beyond wrong, 2 of the 12 things ordered where right. I paid extra for certain items I didn’t even get and got items I didn’t even order and was charged 50$ for an order that shouldn’t have been more then 30$ because they made and changed me what ever they wanted like chrunchy wraps which are 5$ each and not saying your total. They are boosting sales by doing this .

Went in to order, employee in the front tryed to force us to use the ordering machines to make a order. We refused and took our business next door to DQ. The time it took to argue with us they could of just taken our order.

Now they have a computer there where you order. It is in English only, not very computer friendly. No one up front to tell you that there don’t take orders themselves. Waste of a paper bag, as it does not ask if it dine in. Very poor choice of serving the customer.

What a remodel! Taco Bell has always felt like the lowest end of fast food due to the stores, but not anymore. The design is modern and cozy. Even had a small lounge area. As always the food was great and fast. My wife and I were both surprised and how nice this store is now. Go give it a try if you haven’t in a while.
