The happy banter in the Kitchen between all the staff members reflects a sense of joy about their work which is reflected in great food, clean restaurant, and special compliments to the young counter gal who, when not at the counter, was cheerfully, enthusiastically and very effectively cleaning the windows and floors! The Manager was also very helpful in quickly correcting a slight misunderstanding on our Order! Great Job Team! We recently moved to LLV and are SO pleased to find a Taco Bell location so close to us and that demonstrates all the very high qualities of great customer service, great food in a nice, clean atmosphere of their restaurant! This used to be my go-to taco bell but the last couple of times I’ve been here the food is mostly just tortilla (my burritos were practically empty and my taco had almost no meat in it) and the place is so dirty. Almost every table had something on it and there was trash everywhere. There was also cigarette butts in the over flow thing on the soda machine which is completely unacceptable. we made it known and no one even came out to check the 20 minutes we were there. Do not recommend this location, save your money.

I know it’s taco bell, which is fast food, so what can you really expect? However, between the terrible service person who gave us a lot of attitude and us missing at least 3 items in our order (which were simply dumped into a bag and unlabeled, making it difficult to find which items had special instructions). I don’t expect perfection from fast food, but I do expect to get what I paid for.

This has to be the dirtiest Taco Bell we’ve ever been in, ever. All the tables were filthy. The order station screens were gross. Trash on the floors everywhere. If I was the owner, I would be embarrassed to tell people that it belonged to me.

They had so many orders, my food was actually ice cold. I have never had it like that before. They said they got swamped sorry for the wait. I waited over 10 minutes and couldn’t get hot food. That was bs. It was nasty that night. Other people came after me. Got there’s right away. But making me wait and it was cold. I’m good. And the price I paid. I could of went to a sit down restaurant and had better food and service. For our to come to $44.00 for garbage.

1/5 stars. Had to fight a 13 year old kid for mild sauce cuz they gave one packet for three tacos, there’s chips we didn’t order, the cheese cups are half full, I ordered soft tacos(one of the simplest items on their menu) and there was no lettuce(literally just meat and cheese), and a stupid long wait. Idk why they think they’re on the east side and are getting scammed, but there’s no reason for it

Just gross . Like the way they were handling the food. I was so hungry but I decided it wasn’t worth the risk. Workers look like they don’t even shower,just sweat on themselves and over your food then go home and repeat.
