friday night i went in to order a number 6 and asked for potatoes instead of chicken. i also asked for no sour cream and to substitute for nacho cheese. when i got my order, nothing was different and the taco shell was broken in several places. not to mention that it took 30 min. just to get my meal. during the process of waiting, i noticed the female worker was approached by another customer that their order was stone cold. she took the order and put it on the grill, rewrapped it and gave it back the customer. the worker was polite but that is considered cross-contamination.

My sister’s chicken protein bowl was too small for the price and my first time trying Crunchwrap was soggy!! We were so hungry as no places to eat in Primm really but not up to Taco Bell standards we’re used to

It’s 9pm. The sign says open daily for dine in. They were not. Trash place, trash food, trash customer service for being a fast food restaurant on the state line. Seriously though on the state line. A lot of homeless outside chilling after hours for some weird reason and the bathrooms are even worse btw. Don’t recommend dinning in.

The location of this establishment is hugely to its disadvantage. If you have ever visited the casinos located in Primm Nevada where Whiskey Pete’s and Buffalo Bills, this and several other fast food restaurants are located on the east side of I15 near the Shopping Mall. It’s hard to believe they will stay in business without the Mall reopening. The facility is clean and updated so that’s nice.
