This location did not have an updated point of purchase (menu). They said they no longer serve items that were still currently on the menu. They had no one to take an order (inside the lobby)and required that you order on the kiosk despite having several employees on shift. The lobby was very dimly lit.

I got a nacho fries deluxe combo box tonight, on the app, and they gave me a chicken chalupa instead of a beef one and a nacho cheese crunchy taco instead of a taco supreme i changed them on the app and everything to make sure it didnt get messed up, but it did.

Staff was rude. Inside was too hot asked them to turn on the a/c and was told no. Wouldn’t take our order made us use the kiosk. But the kiosk doesn’t offer senior drinks which both my parents are. Very disappointed.

So, I’m here at the drive through and the lady told me that her system is down and i will have to come in! When i get to the door the door is locked. So i wait at the door for 5mins until she says you can come through the drive through we cant take you inside im sorry. So not only did i wait 5 mins at the door but i also had to wait behind this line as cars came through as i was at the door. Very rude didnt offer nothing free or anything!

So it’s 1 in the morning there’s really no place open to eat even truck stops are closed and yes I’m a truck driver so I pulled in here to try to eat and they would not serve me cuz I had to walk up to the drive-thru I parked my truck so they could see it I told him I would not fit and they said sorry we can’t help you I think that’s a shame a guys hungry with money and they won’t serve me. There’s times when all the restaurants are closed and we’re still working we need to eat I wish there was a way to boycott a place like this that won’t serve people to make it happen for them. It’s in North Las Vegas Nevada on Lake Mead Boulevard.
