So I’ve been going through this line over where I live for the past 4 days and they do not have the happy hour slushies available which is ridiculous is hot as it is out here in Vegas. Today I spoke with a very rude supervisor by the name of Erica who tried to tell me was sweetie. If it’s that big of a deal you can just go somewhere else. She does not deserve her title. She has very poor customer service and she has a very poor work ethic. The fact that she has not gotten a technician out in almost a week to fix them machine when she knows they advertise happy hour slushy drinks and everyone’s going to come for that. It’s just ridiculous for her to have that type of attitude with customers. I hope they do something…

I ordered Mexican pizza combo and a burrito, I didn’t receive my drink, the Mexican pizza looked like it had been dropped or sat on, the burrito was a mess everything was coming out both ends i couldn’t even pick it up plus it was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt.

If you’re closed, turn off your “open” light. Also change your “open times” from the listed 2am to 1am (or whatever your closing time is). This would help avoid the confusion of someone coming to your drive thru unaware that your location is closed. Thankfully an employee yelled from a door, “we’re closed!!!”. Otherwise I would still be there….waiting for a tasty taco.
