This location will get your order wrong or forget something EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you try to speak with the the manager she will argue with you aggressively. She is extremely unproffesional. Check every item before leaving the store. Or better yet, don’t waste your time or money and go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO INSIDE!!! Unless you feel like wasting your time. Ordered at the kiosk (was told that was the only way to order, no one could take my order). Then waited 30 mins for a burrito and a drink. Tried to flag someone down because it was taking so long but they were too busy taking 20 drive thru orders (there was no line at drive thru when I pulled in) while my order sat there and didn’t get made.

Just bad…this place was not clean…this place had no condiments. There were barely any people in the place but there service was just terrible. I waited 7 min before i was greeted and then my two item order took 16 min (this is when i decided to review). I had to clean my own table to sit down. I will not go back…nope

This place is terrible. They have messed up my order almost every time I go there. Either missing items or wrong order entirely. If you oder a box menu item it will be in a bag mixed up with everything else. Staff is ghetto and likes to get into verbal arguements.

Listen I know things have been tough, and no one really wants to necessarily work this job because you have to put up with many rude people, for the most part my interactions have been pleasant with staff, but whether I’ve been ordering through door dash or directly through the taco bell app, every single time i’ve gotten my order (3+ times now) i am always missing items. The first time I shrugged it off because things happen/no big deal. But then it just keeps happening with every order.
