I never thought that I’d leave a review for a fast-food joint… But I was THAT impressed by the service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. My group and I dined in for a longer time than normal, and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating! They made the atmosphere very welcoming and friendly. The man that was leading the swing shift crew on 6/7/23 was very pleasant and all his staff seemed really happy and appeared to work well together.

Dining in? Employees refuse to take your order in person. Use the kiosk or go somewhere else. This is the second location I’ve been to that is using this process. Most people get frustrated and walk out without ordering. This will be my last time at any Taco Bell that refuses to allow humans to place orders with humans. As the photo shows, 12:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and the dining room is empty.

I can overlook that they run out of ingredients frequently like sour cream or taco sauce. But to expect me to pay full price AND use a self check out to pay like I work there is unbelievable. What’s next? Hop behind the counter AND make it myself? Horrible business model that lacks the very basics of customer service. Might as well buy a frozen burrito at Walmart and pay at their self check out.

$5 box is back. A taco , cheesy burrito and And a beef chalupa with cinnamon twist. That’s a big bang for your buck. And if you go inside and order on the kiosk you can customize your order and substitute twist for nachos or change meats. Pretty convenient. And very affordable.

This Taco Bell is normally a 3-4 not because of the workers, but because of the people who own it/run it. They only have the minimum number of workers, which causes orders to take longer, and a lot of strain on the workers; that’s not fair to them. However, the person who makes this place 5 stars is Juan C. He usually works the night shift, is very personable, always greets us with the utmost enthusiasm and even remembers us on the speaker. We have a very personalized order, which we do ahead of time before we get to the drive-through, and when he’s working, it’s always right. The other workers have been insensitive in the past and put meat and cheese in our orders (we’re vegan), or forgot items. Juan C. cares about customers. He is always happy to be there, he makes customers feel good, and he gets orders accurate. Juan C. is an asset to this company. I will be asking if he got some sort of promotion or reward in about a month from now. If he didn’t, I’m giving this business 3 stars. Taco Bell, take care of your workers, or you don’t deserve 5 stars.

These guys are the best. They either get it perfect and if they don’t they are some of the most helpful and giving staff. And always fix their mistakes or give you help on what to do when something goes wrong on the kiosk or app. I 100% recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

Went to this location tonight to pick up an Uber eats order and decided to get a quesadilla for myself and I have never in my life been given a completely cold unmelted chicken quesadilla. I mean they really just put all the ingredients on a tortilla threw it in a bag and called it a day. I couldn’t go back to ask them to heat it up because I had to drop off and order for a customer. Hopefully their food was at least warm lol
