The few times I’ve gone here they have gotten my order incorrect. I get that it’s fast food, but the workers don’t even try to give half way decent food. I ended up tossing the food. What a waste of $21 I’ll try to avoid next time I’m in the mood for a quick meal.

The food was fine but I ordered a pizza which got put on the vet bottom of the bag under 5 burritos, 3 of which were the Double steak grilled cheese burrito. They’re heavy!! So my pizza was trashed. This location is typically less than good so I’m not surprised, just disappointed, again.

The staff is friendly, but the take-out orders, without exception, are never ready. Whenever I go to the store or use the drive-through, they only notice the order at that moment and then start making the food, even if there are no other customers. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

Decided to go in instead of using the drive thru because my order was large and a bit complicated due to food allergies. Apparently, you can no longer order at the register with a person. You have to use the kiosk in the store. Ummmmm, no thanks ! The kid at the register said If you need help, I’ll help you. I appreciated that, but if that’s how it works, why can’t I just give him my order at the register. I walked out and took my 50 plus dollar order across the street to Del Taco. This taco bell is the worst!! I will never go back and I work in the same parking lot. I’d rather starve. I’ve been a few times(cause it’s so close to my job) and every time the workers were rude and not helpful. The last time I was rudely told to use the self serve menu to place my order. When I couldn’t find the side of cheese it took forever for the employee to help me. I only get 30 mins for lunch. It took 15mins to order and receive my food. The bathroom was filthy with no paper towels and the table was sticky and wobbly. I will never return and will deter anyone I can from eating at this taco bell.

Ok . So have gone to this taco bell . More then once in the past month. Very confusing and also unprofessional for a establishment every I go the lights are always off, inside the building like its closed or maybe the employee s even the manager goes by BYAN maybe but the employer didn’t wanna disclose his name with me when I asked .. even the open sign hanging on the window is never on?. Like I don’t understand are the employees and managers doing this so they don’t get customers nor deliver service? Tru out the night !!?? It really seems like it. You guys don’t own the property or business. They are losing customers by not having the lights on.. and when uber or which ever platform is going by . They see the lights off assuming its closed. Taco bell you understand your losing money and customers by avoiding the traffic passing by?….. please anyone going to by taco bell. From this location its open daily from 7am to 2am . Lmao … you guys trying to work or not ?. Like hello . Please address this to the higher managers very UNPROFESSIONAL…. otherwise just close early.. and tell the employees to just stay home or go home early. I’m not sure why I keep going to Taco Bell and expecting better results. I ordered 2 Cravings Cheesy Gordita Crunch boxes. They were supposed to come with a beefy 5 layer burrito, and cheesy fiesta potatoes. They didn’t. Instead they came with a couple of tacos. So much lettuce, barely any meat or cheese. The gordita had no sauce and was so dry. Plus I was charged more than the $5 box price. Very disappointing!
