If I could give this place a negative zero I would , once I walked into the door I was waiting to order my food . As I was waiting in line she told me she couldn’t take my order that I had to order off the computer they had . I told her if I could still order on there because I was paying cash , she said yes it’ll explain . I ordered, I was waiting and then she told me well if you don’t give me cash we aren’t going to make your order , I was confused because I was waiting for over 15 minutes to pay to receive my order , she started raising her voice and I just left because customers shouldn’t get bad service because of the workers bad attitudes . The photo I attached is the worker who gave bad service and was raising her voice , all I wanted was to order my food and pay and then leave but she made it difficult

Worst customer service ever from a Taco Bell. (Luz) laughed in front of me when I tried to use a coupon for a free item that I received from corporate, saying that I couldn’t redeem it for anything else other than a taco. She even started arguing with another employee when he told her the coupon said 1 item, not 1 taco. I always have issues in this location when she’s in. Basically tortillas with sour cream and cheese. What’s going on?? You mess up the orders, then I try to use my compensation and I can’t even use that?? Luz are you the owner and losing money or what?? Honestly all other employees are kinda decent but you’re always rude and don’t know what you’re doing. Go get another job if it bothers you that much!

They move extremely slow and servers don’t wear gloves. I understand that you’re likely understaffed but the least you can do is put on gloves. Won’t be eating a Taco Bell for a while

Hours state that they’re open until 3. I showed up before closing, ready to order, only to be turned away rudely. Either change the actual “closing hours”, or post last call hour. This is not great customer service. This isn’t the first time I had a problem with this location.

They got my order wrong. I came back to get it fixed and they would not correct the order without the Burrito Supreme that they incorrectly gave me. My fault for not bringing it back as I knew they could not serve it again. I had to spend another $10 to get my original order. If it had been for me I would have just eaten it, but the order was for my grand child, so I returned. The manager was of no help.

Every time you visit the food is different. Sometimes it’s hot and other times it’s like warm. I get the chicken power bowl quite a bit and the rice is normally hard so you are unable to eat it all & the lettuce gets hot in the short amount of time causing it to be wilted or not a crisp. The avocado ranch is the best sauce they have outside of hot sauce.
