The staff is amazing. The food tastes great but I probably won’t come here anymore .I used to eat at this location pretty much every weekday since opening but they’ve raised prices four times since opening just a short while ago. I know they aren’t paying the staff more and they’re expenses haven’t gone up that much. They’re just using the same excuses every other business that inflation is causing them to raise prices but their profits and profit margins. Another locations you can still get a box combo for 5 bucks but here it starts at 9 if you’re lucky. When they opened it was 6 bucks. I guess I’ll have to keep raising the prices if they want to keep their new profit margins because they’re starting to lose business from it on the demand side due to high prices. I would actually keep supporting them with the higher prices if they gave a decent raise to their staff but they aren’t doing that.

Went in to grab a bite to eat tonight. 5 min after I sat down to enjoy my meal a staff member started sweeping the floor next to me and raising dust. I politely asked if they could wait just 10 min so that I could finish my meal without the dust. I was the only customer in the dining room.The manager on duty said they had to clean to be sure the store was clean for other customers.

Removing another star. The last 4 breakfast crunch wraps i have bought were smaller than my palm. Not to mention i order crumble sausage and i have had to open it up 4 times thinking they forgot the sausage, but they managed to include 3 little crumbles that make up one bite. their portions are ridiculously small with their lunch/dinner menu as well. instead of driving 2 minutes to this Taco Bell I drive 10 minutes to another that offers better value. They constantly give me 2 sauces when i have 4+ things in my order. I have tried to give this place a break since they are newer, but every single time I have gone there’s been some sort of issue. One time they duplicated my order after messing it up at the menu board so i paid for twice as much food. The staff is extremely friendly, but i shouldnt be leaving every time with something wrong with my order
