False advertising, low portion compared to menu, hope the lawsuit delivers justice.

I went to Taco Bell to get the new tacos. I saw that they were on the digital board so when I went to the kiosk. I did not see them on the kiosk. I ordered a Mexican Pizza for the wife and asked the lady at the counter why they did not have the new item that is advertised on THEIR MENU BOARD. The lady said we do not sell them here. I asked Why do you put them on your live action digital menu board. She said that we don’t sell them and I do not know why they still have it on there. This is a classic bait and switch. I don’t understand why a corporation would lie to people to get them in the door only to say we don’t sell the item you see on the menu board. Please stop this deceptive practice. I work for a media company and they will be investigating the bait and switch tactics that Taco Bell in Las Vegas is practicing.

Truly baffled at the lack of service and common sense by this location. I went into the drive thru and placed my order. After waiting 15 whole minutes to reach the window they hand me my receipt and I was double charged for my order. The lady told me she did not know how to do refunds and that I had to come around front, park, go inside and wait for a manager. This is already ridiculous considering I went through the drive thru for a reason. After going inside and, after waiting for longer, the manager comes up and she says she will give me a full refund. After she gives me the refund she says have a nice day and walks away. I stood there for a few seconds waiting as she walked away and to my disbelief they never gave me my food and left my standing there. I wasted over 30 minutes of my life here and still left hungry. Nothing can make up for this absolute inconsiderate behavior. The manager should feel ashamed and embarrassed. Will never be back.

The service was pretty bad here today. As I showed up to pick up my online order nobody could find it. I showed my receipt and confirmation email and they said they could not make it because it did not show up on their screen. I asked to speak to a manager which spoke to me for about 10 seconds before walking away while I was still talking to her. Like I was some sort of inconvenience to her. She then had the employees make my order and they said ok here. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or tried to figure out why my order wasn’t showing up. I was still trying to resolve the issue with the manager but as I called to her she wouldn’t even turn around to acknowledge me. I did not feel good at the window. I felt like a bother to everyone working there when the issue was NOT my fault. Bad experience overall

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and then was told to order from a kiosk because they have for customer service and then they can’t deal with customers anymore they need to have them order their own food but yeah they want to make more money pretty soon a I will be taking over and then we won’t have to deal with people anymore and will be no mistakes or laziness or orders will be done quickly

The service was excellent and the line moved fast. First they were out of a certain freeze flavor so they upsized all of my drinks for free. Next, I asked for like 20 sauces when I ordered on the app and they threw like 50 in there. W Taco Bell

I use to not have any complaints about this place but now it just seems so disconnected from people dining in like it took 15 minutes for them to notice me standing there to tell them I had a mobile order. Not to mention I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have much time and I did a mobile order so it would be ready when I got there but it wasn’t and I watched about 10 drive thru orders go before even noticing i was there so I spent half my lunch break standing around for my food.

I have not been to Taco Bell and probably 15 years. I went yesterday for the first time and the lady taking our order is very sweet even though it was her second day on the job I asked you a questions about a burrito and she wasn’t sure so she said hold on just give me a moment let me see what’s exactly in it this is my second day and so I’m kind of new and she was nice and kind of bought it and gave me the information for being new and our food came very very quickly it was hot it was it was delicious and I’ll probably be eating there again.

While drive-thru was busy, along with a the interior needed some maintenance. Food on some tables, some supplies needed restocking, etc…

That are too inattentive to walk in customers. Twice my son has gone in for a small order and waited 45 min to almost an hr, because no one was at the registrar, or took time to ask have you been helped to get his money when forced to use the food kiosk
