The rudest customer service. I have ever experienced. The cashier keep interrupting me to talk to her coworkers. Never let me finish ordering. Kept telling me my total after every item I order instead of asking if I wanted anything else. I order a cheese quesadilla they gave chicken.

Overall this experience was bad. The mid shift (afternoon staff) are overall poorly behaved. The drive thru worker had an attitude and was very quick to try and have me be done ordering. Next the window worker also had a bad attitude and was just overall slow.

I wish you could give negative stars. I went here and normally this is the only place I have to check my food because it’s usually always wrong. This time I went they messed up half of what I ordered and it was cold. Went inside and was in order for about 15 minutes with workers walking past me at the register. Got someone to help remake the order and while I waited helped 2 other customers. One with a messed up order and a sit in customer. They both got their orders fixed and made before me. The one they fixed was even offered a gift card. The person who made my food came to tell me she made it right and I showed her the receipt proving it wasn’t. Asked for a refund and they wanted all the food back. At this point I’ve been there about 50 mins. They finally remade our food and it was still wrong. Got a free drink and Cinnabon though for a 40$ meal with very very minor changes that would cause a mess up like this. Horrible service because it’s a bunch of kids hanging out and not a job anymore.

It’s a cool place to come and grab a quick bite but be ready to use your credit or debit card, I noticed they don’t wanna take people’s orders anymore and want the guests to use their kios system, there’s A LOT of people who are NOT smart enough to use that system, I had to walk out once because I didn’t have my debit card and they didn’t wanna take my order, that’s not cool why not take my order but drive through orders are being taken? It should be the same thing brainiacs!

Crazy that this location has 3 stars when it should have -1, and I’d assume it’ll be out of business soon. When we pulled up we were informed there was no nacho cheese, chalupa shells, or Baja blast. Ok, no big deal. We order 2 meals (9 and 8) and 2 burritos. The blond person who is regularly working the drive through does not have the skill set to be in a customer facing role, but that’s honestly the least of their issues. For context, It’s a 5 minute drive home. We got 3 Doritos los tacos and the first 2 I unwrapped were already disintegrating and wet, like they were made on a wet surface. The 3rd one I unwrapped was a regular, extremely stale, taco shell. They gave us 2 extra items that we didn’t order. A chili verde nacho fry and an extra burrito. The nacho fry container crushed the Mexican pizza we did order. Everything was cold and tasted old. The fries in the nachos tasted like they had been refrigerated for days and not heated up. Taco Bell is already garbage food on its best day, the fact that it’s gotten to point where it’s like they literally pull the food from a dumpster before giving it to you is deplorable.

My experience with this Taco Bell has always been positive, it seems like they take special care with the food preparation at this one. I will go out of my way to go here instead of the North Hills TB, they always get my order wrong there.

It’s Taco Bell. The service is always sub-par compared to other fast food places. In fact it’s worse than most Taco Bell places in reno. I doubt they care, the low service is likely due to low pay.

Please do not go here. Apparently only brain-dead, RUDE, zombies work here. I walked in, waited at the front for someone to take my order. At least 4 people saw me. After a while I asked if there is anyone who could take my order. Two people looked at me and turned around. One started scrolling on his cell phone. I waited again… then finally asked again if anyone was available to help me. The same thing happened… not one word to me, but back to their phones. I am in utter shock. I finally walked out. Never again will i drop a dime here. I went to the taco bell down the street and was immediately greeted by a human with personality, and was able to order food.

I mean its taco bell. American fast “mexican” inspired food. Crunch wraps are the tops for me, and if I am a little stopped up in my gut tracks,well stop on by here and have yourself the most delicious laxatives you could imagine. Also fun fact if you are planning on drinking too much taco bell tastes like 90 exactly the same going down as it does going up.
