I don’t understand why they have any humans here. You have to place your order on a kiosk and then wait for your order. Order a box and don’t get a box? Just stuff! Honestly, I am very disappointed in the service. There was a customer waiting before we came in, and he is still waiting. I promise never to come back.

At 7:35 on Saturday night, they were closed. There were people inside and the “Open” sign was lit. They even had people that were in the drive up lane turn around and leave. This is not the first time this has happened. We simply drove across the street the Subway.

We just spent 30 minutes in the drive through in the 4050 s Carson street taco bell Carson city Nevada It took us 7 minutes to get to the order box and when we did we were told they were out of food and closing the store. They then let all the people who had been able to order stay in the drive through line while all of the others had to sit there to wait to get out. They should have had the customers that were able to order food come to the front of the store so all of the other people could have left and go get food somewhere else. !! Then when I called the store to get the 800 number, the kid that answered said he did not have the number. This is the worst experience we have ever had a fast food restaurant. We ended up going to Chi Fil a and was served and out of the drive through in less than 4 minutes.

We were helped by the coolest young lady late night after a long road trip, she was SO friendly, gave us incredible recommendations for Tahoe, and was just an all around joy. Wish we’d gotten her name to give her a glowing review, but you’ll know her by her bomb service and friendly vibe

I came through the drive thru and I didn’t catch the kids name (edit* it’s Javier) but he was a taller dude with glasses that was working around 11:30 on 6/23/23 but this kid had the absolute BEST attitude when he took my order and gave me my food. He was polite and he was genuinely happy and I can’t tell you the last time I saw someone just so positive and happy to be there and to be working. I know his managers and whoever will see this and I hope they give this guy some recognition for his performance, cause this kid made my night. Sorry Taco Bell but I might steal this kid from ya and put em on my team. Very impressed

My daughter and I returned thru drive thru sat night and I have to say Hunter was running the window and he was awesome great additude super polite. Our food took some time to make and he kept us posted and thanked us for coming and gave a simple polite apology on the wait time. Truly a great person, It’s rare now days customer service has gone down hill. Hunter gave us hope. Also our food was accurate and nothing missing it looked great and tasted as it should.

I went yesterday for dinner because it was quick and easy. I ordered the mexican pizza combo around 3:30 pm. At about 9pm my stomach was hurting so bad I couldn’t move and I was stuck in the bathroom for hours. Then the puking started. I will not be returning to this place ever again. They don’t properly take care of anything.

The employees of this Taco Bell said that it’s now “policy” that customers MUST use the kiosks to place their walk-in orders. This is absolute BS. I expect to talk to a real person when I go inside; not have to use a very poorly-designed kiosk to place my order. I will never use these kiosks, so Taco Bell won’t ever have me as a customer again.
