Placed our order through the drive-thru. There was a moderate line but moved quickly and the wait time was minimal. When we arrived at the menu we were greeted promptly and politely, our order was read back to us for confirmation. The staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Our order was correct, food was hot, napkins were provided and we were thanked for our business.

This place is the worst taco bell in town. Want light ice, they fill the cup halfway? Walk in for just a cup? The staff literally said in the Back “all she ordered was a soda, maybe she’ll wait so long she won’t come back” and since I was paying with cash I had to wait to be assisted. They came up, handed another customer an order, REFUSED to make eye contact and walked away. All I needed was a cup. Tell me your job is too hard without telling me. And when the employees see that it’s something as simple as a cup and still can’t do it, tells you about the business. Just hand me a cup. I ended up walking out because after 5 minutes I got tired of waiting. I assumed it would have been faster to come into the lobby since IT WAS ONLY A DRINK CUP but they serviced the 6 cars before I gave up waiting. Don’t waste your time. These employees are pathetic.

Come for the food, not for the service. And if you want to be sure they don’t give you counterfeit bills in your change, then pay the exact amount. This Taco Bell is obviously still learning how to check bills for authenticity.

This Taco Bell used to be my go-to, and now it’s not. Portioning sizes got humongously small, my burritos are terribly wrapped every single time I order, orders are often messed up or missing an item. When ordering, I have to ensure they give me 2 ounces of spicy ranch instead of 1 ounce and when told that they needed to fix it, everyone starts giving attitude, dirty looks, and speaking badly behind the window just because they couldn’t execute a simple task. The soda machine is completely disgusting. It needs to be cleaned. The beverages taste awful and I still don’t know how it’s gone on for this long. The lobby isn’t kept up on well enough, nor the bathroom. I hate to say it, but I’m disappointed. I don’t know what happened. This Taco Bell was the best in town and it just went down hill. I hope I can change this review to 5 stars one day, but as for now, I am not happy about the services provided.

Excellent customer service, the young guy that took my order was very nice and he was multi tasking taking orders from drive thru and inside the store. He deserve a raise. Keep up the good work. We need more nice people like you.

Horrible I’m so sick of having to use the stupid ordering machine when you go inside and if you pay with cash they still take your money and give you your cups for your drinks there’s no difference in ordering with them in the stupid machine is a waste of time because they don’t want to work the register.

Went today for lunch. Cashier at drive thru was extremely rude, trying to short change me $10.00 then she tells: “I just counted Infront of your face!” Well it was still $10.00 short. She’s acting like it’s my fault that she tried short changing me. Then there was a long black hair in my food! I go inside to report the hair and there’s the cooks with no hair net long black hair all over their face. This is a pathetic place to eat at, poor disgusting service
