Their door dash driver took my whole meal. Our office ordered a large order for delivery down the street. The driver called and acted a bit rude and impatient in the parking lot because all of our buildings look the same. I think she just took my meal, everyone else got theirs don’t order delivery from them. They also took too long to pick up the phone

Went there as a quick food stop on a road trip for drove thru. The person who took our order was great, gave plenty of tissues and taco bell sauces and was sweet. The place around it was hella gloomy. Food 3/10. Ordered the volcano chicken taco, 2 chicken $5 crispy cravings boxes and 1 chicken grilled cheese burrito. The two boxes – the cinnamon twists taste like crispy oil bits like straight up grease, flipped my stomach inside out. The two tacos shell was okay taste like fried in oil and, all ingredients including grilled chicken either taste cdnned or like they were left out for days. Chalupa was just bland and tasted same as the above mentioned tacos. Volcano taco is just a red dyed taco shell not a dorito taco, with cheese tomato lettuce grilled chicken Andover flowing amound of paprika nacho cheese which honestly as a whole just tasted like blsnd and dried dpicy batter nuts, and kinda hard to eat with one-noted ness.

Order at drive thru a guy repeated the order and missed 1 pizza. I went inside got my pizza, then noticed they also missed a chalupa & Doritos Loco taco. The manager said I was only gone for a minute and this happens, grabbed the bag and tossed it to the trash without checking and started making the order again. They missed 5 hardshell tacos. Called and Manager Michelle said they were not part of the order.

Been wanting to leave this review for a while lol. This Taco bell has been on point the last (almost 10 times I’ve been there ) the staff is super cool and always polite in the drive thru not to mention the food always comes out good, there’s other taco bells and the taco shells feel stale or the food just doesn’t look good, but these guys keep it up, young staff also and they are doing a great job
