I decided to dine in. There was nobody in the dining area or in line waiting to order. The cashier left me standing there approximately 8-10 minutes before taking my order. When she finally approached me, she did not look like she wanted to be there. My food took 15 minutes to prepare. I asked for 10 mild hot sauce packets and only recieved 6 for 4 tacos, burrito and Nachos. The dining area was a mess. I asked for my table to be cleaned and sanitized. She wiped it with a wet rag. I sanitized it myself.

My food looks like it was made ro rush tried the new beefy crunch burrito in another Taco Bell and loved it. But this Taco Bell just ruined it… Very poorly made only 3 chips inside burrito. I was disappointed, waited 30 minutes because kios supposedly didn’t put in my order. Will never come back to this Taco Bell.

Went through the drive thru, few cars ahead of me. If you are ordering for the whole office why don’t you get down and order. I saw the order for the car ahead of me. When I got to the window the cashier apologized for the wait.

Just picked up Taco Bell at 12:15am. None of the cheese on any item I picked was melted. Everything tasted gross and cold. Please take the time to train the employee and give a product that is at lease standard to Taco Bells expectations.
