Waited for 5 minutes. There was no one else in line. No one even acknowledged the fact I was there. I started calling out to them, but still no one came or acknowledged me. Even though I didn’t talk to any of the employees, I got a strong sense that none of them want to be there or cared.

This Taco Bell location sucks. They do not read any customization asked. I asked to add creamy jalapeño sauce to my bean burrito. They charge you extra for that but it’s never added to the burrito. Please train your staff to add stuff if you’re going to charge it.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is terrible. I’ve gone on 3 different occasions in the morning, and they have been closed. Online says they are open but no one is there. On one occasion, they told me to just leave and go to the other one down the street. I understand poor staffing but this is getting ridiculous. At least update the open times on Google or post a sign of hours of operation. The times that they have been open, there’s always someone standing in the drive thru having cars stop before they hit the timer. Service is is extremely slow and customer service is almost non-existent.

What better late at night than some Taco Bell? Unfortunately they were out of Mexican pizzas so I settled for a Crunchwrap Supreme and Nachos Bellgrande. Both were served warm and with all ingredients. The salesperson asked how many sauce packets to which I gave a number. I hate when they do that, by the way. I just spent $30 on food, why limit me to a couple of packets. Anyways, to my surprise he threw in there more than I asked for. Great service to go with the late night craving.

They never give me utensils or hot sauce. I always ask for the FIRE sauce and when I notice I didn’t get anything, thru give me regular sauce. They also never give the receipt and never ask if I want it. They’re trying to pull some sort of tricks for Corporate bc some lady stands outside the drive through windows pretending to sweep and holds ups car but trucks the sensor that timing them…. They get 2 stars because service when they open is fast and viscounts are freshly made.
