Came here for a quick meal, THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM. but everything came slow and everything was wrong. First they gave me a wrong order back, then gave me my chalupa with no beef(because i git veef with them lol) anyways they asked for my receipts after they’re mistake lile why woul i lie about what i ordered. They gave it back with sour cream when i said no sour cream. I know food service is hard to work but ive worked in restaurants and customer service makes everything better wven if there are mix ups. But they treated me as if i was annoying them by ordering food and askinf for my order

Ordered off the kiosk and STILL they mess up my order. Missing 3 large drinks and no cup order. All in the order!!! The Cambodian girl working(drive thru) there didn’t apologize for the screw up, just threw the cup holder across the counter.. These are the same people who want $22 an hour!!! SMH!!!

I’ve been to this location plenty of time with an open mind thinking that “my experience can’t be worse than last time” but man, this place needs some serious changes. Firstly, on multiple occasions, my order is made incorrectly but seems to be like it’s on purpose. Lets just say I want “easy cheese” on an item, they’ll double the amount they put on it. Everytime I order something with a shell that I assume they have to fry, the shell itself always taste horrible as if they’re old. Secondly, the employees really don’t care about running the place correctly. The manager typically in charge doesn’t handle them well. I’m very surprised that management and employees haven’t changed.
