Had me waiting at the drive thru for a long time for just 2 items! As soon as more cars started arriving they decided to finally give me my food! I also ordered the verde fries with extra fries and got the normal size one, worse Taco Bell ever and they ghetto! Food was good but other than that they need improvement! Sorry Taco Bell but never mess around with peoples food and u know what u did was wrong! Have a good day!

Customer service is really unprofessional. I was craving Taco Bell today walked in and use one of their screens to place my order. I can listen clearly one of the workers saying in Spanish that lady is taking a long time to place her order assuming that I did not understand Spanish, which I perfectly do. I can almost promise that he was the manager there when I realize that he had a different uniform from the rest of the staff. I then go and sit down, he calls out my name to pick up my order. I ask him for extra straws. He reaches down, grab them places them in the counter and walks away. Does not even greet me or smile at all I can’t even excuse him or say they were busy. I was the only customer they had there at that moment . I was so disappointing at that point, over him and their customer service. It’s unfortunately how uncomfortable the visit was because that is my nearest Taco Bell from my home. Hopefully they get some type of customer training. Now that I know and took my time to find out that it’s not the first time customers have been complaining regarding their customer service at that restaurant.

I can’t lie, Some times I get the craving it really feels like years. But it only been a few weeks, ok so i went to another location this week. And was blown away from the service, it was very pleasant to say the least. I have certain food allergies which keeps me from eating out . But i explained just once they got my order perfect the first time. And of on those delicious tacos I crave so much, i was able to eat and enjoy my favorite snack. Thank you to that Awesome Team.

This is actually a very nice taco Bell. Very friendly staff, they had high chairs for your little ones and I was able to fill my drink as often as I wanted without them staring me down. The food was very tasty, perfect temperature and plentiful. I ordered the $5 snack box which gave me everything I could possibly ask for, from drink, the main meal, to the desert. It was all in its own little box. The only thing I would have wished is, that they had used a tray for my food instead of the little box and save the tree. It seemed like a lot of wasted material for someone who was staying in the building to eat.

Ordered grilled veggie burrito burrito supreme bean burrito two tacos burrito supreme was the shape and size of a 3 musketeers bar weighed it 6oz. It was like soup inside no lettuce a tsp of ground beef and a handful of crunchy hard sour things turned out to be tomato it was all one color light brown and it immediately just dripped out of the tortilla when I cut it in half. I weighed it before I tried to eat it and because it had poured out onto the wrapper I weighed the entire burrito and liquid and wrapper and it read 6 oz. The most insulting part was to be so insulted by this just watery slop it had no flavor none and maybe 3 tiny threads of what I think was lettuce and bean soup light color but only 1 color no cheese no meat really just a hard bb the cubes of sour what I thought were pickles no matter how much I chewed them they would not break down almost like chewing sundried diced pickle but they were orange and white and yellow. I took a second bite thinking this was the usual bad first bites of anything from this Taco Bell but I chewed on nothing but a soggy rubbery wad of tortilla that just gagged me. That was the only thing I ordered for myself and starving what an insult to injury to be charged $4.99 plus 10.25% tax really the grilled veggie burrito weighed 8 oz and wasn’t watery. The drinks were overpriced and everything cost so much after ordering a large soda 2 tacos ground beef reg crunchy dry strand of lettuce a half of a tsp of meat and a finger pinch of cheese the filling was not even half way it looked like just taco shell.wont go again.

I paid 11.80 and didn’t revive my cinnamon twist I will sue they wouldn’t answer the phone call so if Taco Bell don’t respond to me I will be texting them on instagram for a refund and if they give me a refund I will sue and make sure I get my cinnamon twist aswell.

I can’t put zero stars so I am forced to do one. They do not check orders and they do not pay much attention. Plainly said on four different occasions; extra sauce and onions on a burrito and they fumble that. We will not even speak of the ten soggy tacos they shoved into a messy party pack box.
