I recently dined in restaurant and i saw some disturbing things it was so disgusting i couldn’t bring myself to finish my meal i threw everything away i saw one of the cooks pick money off the floor and continue to cook also she took a phone call while handling food and money all at the same time it was extremely disgusted and insanely unsanitary i work in the food industry and me as a person who works with and handles food those are basic health codes that are being violated people like this shouldn’t be allowed to handle food for customers she also got to work clocked in and didn’t wash her hands there’s multiple woman but i was able to get the main one

horrible horrible horrible. fast food places like this are timed for how long us costumers are waiting for our food at the window. it’s around 1 am, i was told to pull up to the front right after ordering my food to wait. 2 cars before me & 5 after got their food. i then ask how long is it going to take & after already waiting for about 10 mins she tells another 10. when i ask why she says she doesn’t know i asked if she can ask why, she then huffs & rolls eyes after she done already gave her number out to some guy like bfr!

Horrible staff , today June 19th, 2023 , i stoped by after work, around 11pm. I noticed a long line that was moving slow. When I got the menu to order nobody answered after waiting about 5 minutes I proceeded to moving to the window. There was two cars in front and like 6 behind me . I get tot he window and I asked him why no one answered and the guy said because it’s too many people in the drive through and we can’t take everyone’s order. I’m like ok, we’ll can I order or a chalupa craving box and he said no , it’s to much of a big order you can only order something small sand if not you can go . So I just got a Mexican pizza but what kind of staff says that . Smh

The manager was horrible. I asked the kind man in the front for more sauce since the container was almost empty, then the manager came in and asked what was wrong and why do I want more. All I wanted was to get the right amount and then she said “give him the whole bottle” with an attitude.

Open late hours, good food, good deals on food (those five dollar boxes) and I’ve encountered courteous employees working the drive thru window late night. The drive thru is usually quite speedy too. They recently refreshed this location to the new color scheme of the chain.

Went to get a crunch wrap supreme trio. WASNT told they didn’t have it. And the drive through person at around 10:15 pm… decides to take it upon them self to decide what to give me instead. Gave me a 5 layer burrito box combo. And when I said what is this this isn’t what I ordered his reply was “well that what we have” AFTER HE HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME!

I went the other night to get my son food and after I paid they made me pull to the side and I notice they made 4 more cars wait as well what got me really upset was the fact that all the cars after me got there food while we were still waiting The guy who was bring out the food said we were next but he continued to give the other people the food and have us waiting worst service ever never going back there again
