The bean and cheese burrito was smaller than my hand…approx 3.5 inches long and 2inches wide (I measured it!) there were barely any beans in it so when folded up all you got was layers of dry tortilla and only a few bites with beans in it…BEFORE I left drive thru I noticed the size of burrito and thought it was a wrong item so I SHOWED it to the cashier and asked if THIS was a kids burrito and he simply said NO, sorry! Sadly he didn’t try to fix it or offer another one. I told him my usual Taco Bell didn’t make them this small but again he just said sorry and ignored me so I drove off because I it was obvious he wasn’t going to make it right! Then to get home and find my Mexican pizza didn’t have any cheese on it and it wasn’t pre cut and all three tacos we got had more lettuce than meat plus my receipt was no where to be found in bag and he did not give it to me when he gave me my card back. My visit was on 4/22/23 Saturday between 7:50 and 8:00pm and they were not busy! So no excuse! I tried calling but phone doesn’t ring…just a beep then disconnect. So unless I drive back right now (not gonna happen and should t have to) they will never correct this wrong since I can’t reach a manager thru telephone

First, the food, actually really good, but the suspicious thing is that I didn’t get explosive diarrhea… Tasty still… The service was very fast (cause we got take out) and we didn’t go inside so I will assume that the inside lookes nice

Soda machines are still turned off. The place is understaffed. My order sat there for 20 minutes out of reach while I waited for them to come to the counter. This wasn’t a one time issue. I’ve given them 3 chances and it’s the same every time. I’m never coming back here.
