Didn’t even want to give Gloria 1 star either. She was very rude, unprofessional. They took our order wrong and keep in mind we are allergic to sour cream) she didn’t want to help us in any way. I am a manager for pollo loco and when we get orders wrong it’s OUR responsibility to take the customers name and phone number down. Very , very bad service. What a hostile place to go to.

Everytime I go here its always bad cold tortillas cheesy gordida crunch is a rip off here compared to any other location its called a cheesy cause it needs cheese on the inner layer melted and they never give you any and let allowed melted ridiculous not to mention its cold 10 / 10 recommended you not go to this location it never fails them being awful

I came here to get my baja blast freeze and pineapple freeze for my uncle. There was about 4 cars ahead of me but it went by fast. My order was accurate and the moment I pulled up to the window, my drinks was ready. I was bascially in and out in like 5 minutes.
