******EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS PROPERLY!!!!**** **THERE IS NO SOAP IN SOAP DISPENSER ! Self check out at grocery store now fast food ? Did the worker behind the counter really tell us to put in our own order on these machines ? I think so ! Do we get an employee discount doing their work ? Nope ! This is ridiculous! We might as well go in the kitchen & make our own food since we’re being forced to put in our own order at the store .. & guess what ? Got a family 12 pack at drive threw, we asked for some mild sauce and only received 5 for a full 12 pack. Had to go inside and wait 5 or so minutes till any customers waiting at the cashier were acknowledged. Still asked for more sauce and was given the same amount, to which I had to ask for a few more again.

As soon as we walked in we where commanded to use the kiosk even though were the only ones there. Which we found weird since there were so many employees that could take our order. It just felt like a very anti social welcoming. We dined in because my boyfriend said it was a new Taco Bell and it looked like it would be nice to eat inside. Then we got our order the chalupa chicken was cold the chicken was barely warm all the lettuces on the tacos were ice cold so it made my eating experience unsatisfactory I’m not expecting it to be steaming but i dont want to eat cold food. Then they forgot my cinnamon twists so i had to go back and ask for them. Probably wont be dining in again after that unpleasant experience.

Worse place ever! My young daughter got food poisoning from this place few days ago! She was soooo sick … we ordered some chips and cheese and I tell you.. The staff and food are great, when they’re open. However, there have been 4 occasions when I’ve placed an order on the app, gone to pick up my order between 12-1am (they’re supposed to be open till 1) and they’ve closed early. The app should at least alert you so you don’t order food and attempt to pick it up when the restaurant hasn’t adhered to its posted hours.

Food was alright for a Taco Bell it was up to par. The service was alright not rude but understaffed. Terribly understaffed, three people working and trying to take orders the drive through was bumping. We waited 7 mins for a mobile order we placed 10 mins before we arrived. However, the place was ridiculously dirty I am honestly surprised at their A rating on the door. The bathroom was abismal and it smelled gross. I wouldn’t eat here again.
