Ordered the spicy potato soft tacos and was the worst. Potato was like day old potatoes and the tortilla was very cold. Not even warm food. Food not cooked correctly can build bacteria. Taco bell should do surprise customer orders to see that there is an issue at the West Covina taco bell.

I always have Taco Bell when I was in the east coast. The burrito and tacos are done right, and I never had any issues. However, this is my first time going to a Taco Bell here in the west coast and I am disappointed! I ordered a Steak burrito and it does not even taste like a steak burrito but beans and cheese, and it was cold. I expect more from this place. What a waste of $9. I could have gone to a neighborhood Burrito place and got a better Burrito than this. Don’t mess up your reputation. Do a better job at least.

I won’t eat at taco bell anymore. I ordered a black bean crunchwrap supreme a few months ago, and after eating half of it I realized they gave me the wrong item with meat in it. I’m a vegan so this is a huge problem. I ordered it again yesterday hoping it would be an accurate order and again after taking a few bites, it also has meat in it. The black bean crunchwrap supreme doesn’t come with any meat so this is a huge disappointment and I will no longer be supporting taco bell by eating there.
