We waited 30 minutes for a simple order of food and while we were waiting for our food one of the employees instead of working decides to eat right infront of hungry costumers not having their food prepared. Know I don’t want to sound like a Karen but the service was absolutely terrible. After 30 minutes we got fed up and left. And to mention how disgusting the place was and how many germs they’re where. There was a worker literally coughing on our slowly prepared meals. I am not one to normally get angry like this but after a long day on the road waiting to have something to eat, paying for the food, and not getting are needs met I am just fed up.

I ordered a taco supreme! Disgrace of the word supreme. This was a regular taco! A meal that cost me almost $10 and it wasn’t even what I ordered. I would have taken it back and got it corrected, but I didn’t feel like getting spit in my food, plus the drive was too far. What a mistake coming here. Smh. Should have went to del taco.

Always friendly staff every time I visit. Good food. Dated but clean and comfortable dining room. I feel like sharing that the temperature inside is just right (sometimes dining rooms are too cold or too hot). Ask for the code for the bathroom. They are clean.

Taco bell quality. Our order was reay in a reasonable timeframe. We miss the basic .99 value menu. There is always a line at the drive through, so we opt to order inside and take our food home. We would not dine here because the restaurant is in need of a thorough renovation, and is not someplace we would want to spend anymore time than needed.

Very upset… I love this location normally but they recently discontinued my favorite go-to item the….enchurito… Bring it back please!!! you’d make me a very happy customer. Ah, Taco Bell. A staple in my college student diet. The service here is always nice and efficient, and I’ve never had any bad experiences with the service, food, or orders at all (I’ve been coming here every now and then for over 3 years now) What stands out about this location though is how neat and presentable the food is; There’s never any “stale” tasting orders, never any bag/box leakage, and everything is wrapped tightly and consistently, unlike other locations.

Most of the staff that works here at Taco Bell are very nice with the exception of one Mexican woman that works here in the morning I went in and asked for a cup of hot water so I can make a tea that I had and she refused me my friend bought me a cup of coffee as I didn’t have any change at the moment he brought the coffee to the table where it was a little more than half full I went back to complain and ask her if she could put some more coffee in the cup she’s in refused me again I barked at her please put some more coffee in the cup whereupon I was flipped the bird and told f*** you well I was I was pretty shocked by this and reported it to the manager and told him that I’ve never had a problem with any of the other staff there why do I have to contend with one individual that’s this difficult so I don’t know what happened with her I haven’t been back there and several days but if she doesn’t get reprimanded for this I’m definitely calling corporate and will complain,

It was by far the worst customer service at a taco bell. The cashier was indifferent nd I could tell she would rather have been somewhere else. She called my number then I waited a good 5 minutes for my iced coffee. I sat down to eat and she came from behind the counter to clean the dinning room and she hawked a big lougie in the trash can.
