I recently moved close to this Taco Bell and have been here three times in the last couple months. I love Taco Bell but all three times I’ve been disappointed and I will not come back to this location. The burritos barely have anything in them (a very thin layer of beans but it’s mostly like eating a plain tortilla) and the chalupa shell was hard and stale-tasting. Service was friendly enough but not enough to make up for the poor quality of their food.

Went in the middle of the day and there were no other customers there. An employee was talking to another employee about the fact that she forgot her uniform and still wanted to work. I stood there for a while and someone in the back hollered at me to use the kiosk to order. An older gentlemen walked in to order and was told the same thing. While I was waiting for my order a very senior guy came in and they told him the same thing. He said he doesn’t use those and they told him that was his only option. The food portions were very small. This is a senior community with a sun city across the street and these older people don’t want to use the kiosk. Maybe teach the employees better manners and kindness. I will be going to Del Taco from now on. I will also send in a letter to the Sun City paper about this and let people know.
