Hilda E has the worst customer service and is incredibly rude! You work for a fast food place but can’t even give the slightest respect to anyone. My food was cold my tacos barely had anything in it, my quesadillas had no layer of cheese it was only tortilla. This is just disgusting and I’ll never return. The manager John and staff refused to make any food they had 20 min till close but refused when they found out that the order was for grub hub they rushed to make the fiesta pack they were short food while waiting for the online order I asked to add 2 more items john was not lot having and refused he said the online order is the only thing he can make mind you there is still 15 min till close. Worst experience ever had it’s not the first time this manager or the staff here have done this to me and others. Worst part is knowing the location all to well and the GM he is a super nice guy he is a hard working guy I see him at all the taco Bell’s for year but this manager and team left a bad taste in my mouth and very rude
