I’m not sure why but they are always short staffed. They won’t take your order. You have to go to the kiosk and order. They won’t even acknowledge you’re there unless you go to the kiosk first. Also the serria mist always tastes Gross

Ffood good, buut getting the hot sauce packs here is like pulling teeth. I had to ask 3 or 4 times to get the amount of hot sauce that I asked for when I placed my order. The guy was pretty exasperated with me at that point and didn’t care that I knew it. Not good customer service.

This location is a joke they never have any food available as they say. Order burritos sorry we don’t have that, order crunch wrap sorry not available, order a freeze machine broken. I ordered Taco Bell through Uber Eats. I ordered two Doritos Locos Combos. Upon selection (see photo) I selected crunchy taco, because I do not want any sour cream/tomatoes on my tacos or soft shell tacos. Uber drops off my order in good timing, no problems. I opened up my taco wrap and was immediately disappointed. I got regular tacos. I called Taco Bell and they said they made the order exactly how it showed on their screen and said I selected a regular beefy tacos. He did offer to replace order, but I mean, I ordered through Uber… plus I was on my 15 min break. He apologized for the inconvenience. I reviewed my order on UberEats and they immediately refunded me. (Pending, of course 7-10 business days.) This is just upsetting and needs to be fixed. Taco Bell corporate needs to look into this. I’m sure I’m not the only disappointed customer that this has happened to.

I went to the drive-thru and I specifically ordered my burritos with extra cheese and onion. I told them twice to make sure the burritos were what I ordered because last time I didn’t receive my order right. I drove off and lonely behold guess what I did not receive what I ordered I received a whole different burrito and I was very upset because that Taco Bell is way far away from where I was at. I wasn’t happy with the service I received because I received whatever they wanted to give me which was not what I ordered. So that was my experience at that Taco Bell, I wasn’t very happy.
