I ordered three deluxe bib boxes ! And these people give me 5 hot sauce packets!!!! I don’t understand why they think they have the right to determine how much hot sauce somebody uses on the food they paid for!!!!! This is by far the worst location, and after this, I will never get Taco Bell again.

I’ve tried coming to this specific location time and time again hoping to find a different outcome. But they almost NEVER fail to give us the wrong food. Even when I dined in they missed half my order. I think the cooks and cashiers need to stop focusing so much on each other and pay attention to their orders more. No issues with food quality just a BIG issue on giving out INCORRECT orders. We would buy something a bit pricey and they would give us the wrong food item that is listed on the value menu. Veryyyyy frustrating. Not going to this location anymore. I’ve tried.

Went to the drive to order a Burger. They stated the grill was closed so was unable to order a Burger. So I chose nothing. But since I ordered nothing I was the 2nd person in line One car ahead and it took 25 minutes for me to drive out of the drive-through line. Retaliation. Manager stated they only had one Cook.. I? Asked. Why are you standing here talking to me help the Cook line was 12 cars deep.

Food wise its taco bell expect it to be average fast food quality tacos and such. The whole reason this place gets a one star is because of the service. At the time of writing this its drive through only and it seems like staff just doesnt care. My order was not complete at all i got home and was missing half my order paid for 2 burritos, crunchwrap, chalupa only to get home and realize nothing. Instead i got 4 tacos and 2 mexican pizzas. Im pretty sure they gave me someone elses order or just didnt care. Very disappointing pretty much got robbed in terms of what i got for what i paid.

The people who work at this specific location need an attitude change. They looked unhappy being there while also serving customers. They were not kindly engaging with customers but instead with attitude. They also did not make my food with care. When my order was complete they just passively threw my order on the counter. This location needs to train their staff better on customer service.
