This location has a preference for drive-thru Every time I come here I wait almost 5 minutes by the register for someone to acknowledge me or to take my order. Sometimes even the employee who’s on break has to come and help me out because nobody in the kitchen or the person who’s working drive-thru comes. If y’all need more employees then hire more people.

If I Could Give This Place 0 Stars I Definitely Would, Im An UberEats Driver And Wanted To Pickup At 4:20am, Upon Going Into The Drive Thru I Saw This Guy Packaging Stuff And Looked Dead At Me Then Quickly Ran To The Back Once He Saw Us, Once We Got To The Speaker NOBODY ANSWERED!!! Zero stars!! Food is never fresh. Fries are always either cold or hard as a rock from being reheated so much. You should not get cuts in your mouth from eating fries. Burritos are never layered right all cheese at one end all beans at the other. Beans are always cold too they could never meet temperature required. Manager says fries can sit for 8 minutes…. Why are they not dropped when I order them. All this money they charge you should at least get the food to satisfactory. I love taco bell but I drive further to better taco bells bc this one never fails to let me down.

Absolutely horrible service. The manager is the only one that seems to care but none of the employees listened to anything he said. Waited over 30 mins for an order that said was ready. My order wasn’t the only one, multiple people came in from the drive thru for missing items. If you go here prepare to wait and be sure to check your order.

**TERRIBLE SERVICE*** Ordered in the drive thru (no other cars in line) received my order after 25-30 minutes. No sauces or additional napkins (they said they were out). So for 50$ worth of food I receive 2 napkins, 4 fire sauces and ALL of my food was falling out of the wrappers. Lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and other stuff was everywhere in the bag.
