You don’t feel welcomed here. Even on Drive through. They also have problems to hear you. Providing wrong order and miss parts that you requested. They also don’t know what exactly they have in their menus. Employees are rude, serving you with face and talking to you like you owe them a million. Very disappointed.

I will start with customer view. Yuck. The front of house is a reflection of the back of house. Since I waited forever for an order, I didn’t consume, I had time to enjoy the view. Attached are pics of the filthy lobby. Bend over and pick up the trash or at least sweep it up. A hot soapy mop will also help.

Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. I simply asked to substitute the nacho cheese for regular cheese cause it’s to hot for my kids they had up charged it on both burritos & put add cheese, I tried to explain to them how it is normally inputted & two different girls were arguing with me & told me very rudely we can’t do that here! I had to physically pull up to the window to explain to a someone who was competent enough to take my order! After speaking to their manager he simply was able to fix the problem but when I received my food this is what I got.

While I was waiting in line in the Drive-Thru a brand new Mercedes pulled in behind me and threw garbage out their window. I went through drive thru earlier today for lunch. The person that took my order was very pleasant and friendly at the window as well. Order was ready very quickly and was perfect. The hot ingredients were hot, cold were cold, everything was crispy where it needed to be and soft where it should be. Honestly, in all my years I think those were the best 2 taco bell burritos I have ever had. My only regret is not getting a receipt so I could send in my feedback via survey. Tried to call the store to give praise to management but it is peak busy time so no answer. Understandable. Loved my experience there today.
