I’ve lived just down the street from it for 7 years and I’m not sure I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location. They’ve never not had something I wanted, the food has never come out wrong or cold. Even if the lines are long they usually get through orders quickly. Exactly what we all want from a fast food place. I’ve been a fan of the Doritos locos tacos ever since they came out.

Food (supreme chalupa, to be specific) was good when they first opened. Now, for 3 consecutive drive-thru orders, the food has gone all soggy & wet oily when we get home, not living too far from the store. It is either the tomatoes are full of juice or the ground beef fat ratio has changed. I will try another location next and see if it is just this particular store that has this problem.

Make sure to check that you got the right things before you leave!!! I would give no stars if I could. They got everything wrong, replaced all my burritos with bean and cheese without telling me, replaced my mango whip with something I didnt ask for and just handed it to me with no communication whatsoever like it was exactly what I ordered. The kids working were definitely high, please get a different night crew, just wth. ♀️

Went to get breakfast and there was literally a spot of egg in our burritos and a few bacon bits and the burritos were all flat because there was nothing in them. Then our bacon crunch wrap literally had no egg in it and the hash brown was so full of oil the tortilla was wet. We called and spoke to the manager and he told us he’d give us our money back but we needed to bring back the food we had which we did. Maybe he should have offered to pay for our time and gas. I would give no stars if it was an option.

Waited 8 minutes, nobody bothered to hep us. We left n went to Del Taco, instead, and spent $39 there. We generally go out 3 times a week, do the math on how much this place will lose. Will not return. Their poor service impacts their own salary, no sales = no money for pay increases.
