Taco Bell is always great light food on the go. Good Taco salad , great nachos, and tacos of all types. The Doritos locos tacos supreme are very delicious. The nachos supreme is always a favorite. Service at this Taco Bell is the slowest in the history of drive thrus. It takes FOREVER to get through the line, even when the line is short. It takes longer to get through this line than it does the In n Out in the same parking lot. Today I went and there was one person ordering in front of me when I got in line. It took 15 minutes at least to get my food and drive away. The 15 cars that would have been in front of me if I had gotten into the In n Out line were long gone before I got my three tacos. It’s been like this all three years I have lived in the area. I don’t know if they are chronically understaffed, poorly managed, or just have a poor work ethic, but there is some kind of ongoing systemic problem at this location.

Absolutely horrific. Takes 30+ minutes every time, all day, no matter what you order. Employees are rude and have repeatedly just ignored myself and other customers trying to inquire about their order. Tables are always disgusting. On top of all that, good luck getting the correct order. Super convenient location for UCI students but any other restaurant (yes, even the sit down ones) in UTC will be faster and likely with better service.

They always mess up my order. Don’t try to upgrade or change meats, they will forget. At this point they probably owe me at least $20. Also, they are chronically understaffed. Corporate needs to step in and audit this place. It’s terrible.

When you need a taco bell fix this place fits the bill! Keep in mind this is next to a University so it gets very crowded at lunch. Best bet is to get there by 11:30am. The drive thru can get very backed up so sometimes it is quicker to park and walk in. Parking can be tight around lunch and late afternoon. The time limits for parking are strictly enforced so if you are going shopping after you go for lunch you might want to move your car. Be careful when leaving for the no left turn sign between noon and five. I have seen lots of people pulled over by the police for ignoring this one.

Normally when I go throw a drive through the people are boring and RUDE. Tonight wasn’t the case, this dude made my summer! ❤ and the new steak nacho box is BOMB.. hold up, today taco bell crushed my soul. The chili cheese burrito was back on the menu and yet after I placed my order I was told they no longer carry it.
