Not such a bad place. I feel bad by not interacting with the staff, but the kiosk was so convenient and I wanted a lot of substitutes on my burrito. Didn’t need to confuse anyone. They gave me what I requested, and quick too!

Had an issue, completed the survey and asked to be contacted. After 3 weeks haven’t been contacted so I guess Taco Bell doesn’t care. Food portions are quite small for the expensive price too! Better prices and more food at Del Taco. Just head the other way on Harbor just past Chapman Ave.

The guy with the glasses working the drive through tonight is a special type of stupid. Got the whole order wrong. Normally I drive away when I don’t see the Mexican ladies but today I took a chance gonna call my bank and get my money back. I tried correcting my order twice and he kept saying what he put on the screen was the right thing.
