Recieved terrible service… i’ve never had any problems with this location until tonight. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, received a cheese quesadilla (with cold cheese) and a soft taco that came with the meat in the bag.

The sign of the front door says they close at 1 AM, but when I tried to pull the door open, it was closed. I looked at the cashier made eye contact with him, and he signaled me that they were closed. I was staying nearby for a business trip and I was just trying to get some food but I wasn’t able to and now I’m gonna starve because they decided to close early. Frequent miscommunication, runs out of menu items often, and closes early more than they should. People come here to quickly get their food and go about their busy day, but whenever I’m here my time is more often than not, wasted. My expectations of fast food workers aren’t the highest, but I didn’t expect workers like these to be able to treat customers this way in the first place. My review is a culmination of experiences throughout the last two years. I’m done here. Get it together, Taco Bell.

I am currently sitting in the dining room and after not coming here for a few years I am surprised to see that they still remain understaffed. It makes no sense to me.. you are in a fantastic location, plenty of business opportunities and yet you cannot measure up. I am a big taco bell fan and I have never seen anything like it. It was just as bad when they were paired up with Pizza Hut. Pay attention to your locations Taco Bell, you are losing money.
