So now they have a kiosk to order food. It takes forever! Then I used the bathroom… there is a sig. That says they check the bathroom every 30 mins. So not true… one stale had no toilet paper… then the other has it on the floor. Mind you… they have codes to get in. Then in the lobby, the worker past by twice as the ground has food on the floor. Who’s know how long it’s been there. Then they have 5 caution wet floor signs throughout the lobby and the floor is not wet.

Refuse to take orders and force kiosk. Took 20mins to order food because people in front couldn’t figure it out. Food came out missing items and was cold. Tacos were smashed and broken. Had to ask 3 times for napkins the employees rather house play with themselves then service their customers.

Wow, just grabbed a quick bite for lunch and was I impressed!!!! This the first time I tasted something so fresh and crispy at Taco Bell it usually the opposite . The young man that helped me just now was super professional and welcoming.

Ordered the $5 Nacho Fries Box and I was really satisfied with the taste, texture, and freshness. The seasoned fries with the nacho cheese dip complemented each other. The nacho cheese Doritos locos taco and cheesy Gordita crunch were savory and splendid. Definitely, I’d come back to this particular location b/c the service was great and the food was prepared in under 5 minutes!

I accidently got some breakfast burrito that was really good I don’t even know what I bought I was trying to order the dollar breakfast burritos and im not sure if the cashier could not find them on his computer menu and the only reason I order at the cashier is because I was trying to order from the self serve big iPad but my card was declined and I saw the dollar breakfast burritos I wanted actually 1.37 I think but when I asked the cashier I wasn’t sure if he was ignoring me I asked 2 times I think either way he did not say anything it looked like he was trying to find them so I gave him a minute but again after he didn’t sat anything I just asked what the next thing he had on his screen and went ahead and ordered that the one I got was really good the guy was nice when he gave me my order plus it was still early morning just left me curious if the guy was ignoring me

They gave me the wrong order. They gave a taco when I asked for a burrito. I hsd to drive back to get the correct order and I still got the wrong order. I got a bean burrito instead of the beef burrito I ordered. To make things worse, they didn’t give me any hot sauce even though I asked them to give me hot sauce. I didn’t get a straw for my drink either. What kind of business are you running? Do want people to not go to your location??? Terrible service. I do not reccomend going to that location.
