Ordered the new volcano tacos and I was excited to try it but lost my appetite when a fly flew out of the wrapper once I opened it. They wrapped the fly in there with the taco.. probably not intentionally but still..

Good place to get fast cheap food, customer service is good, they close walk in restaurant at 8pm because of the homeless problem I believe, drive thru gets a little busy on the weekends and it takes longer than usual to get your food

Fast friendly food at a great price. Always consistent always full of flavor. Looking for a great price then Taco Bell is your place. It is Taco Bell. Do I have to say anything else. Convenient location with clean restrooms. Always friendly staff

Place is understaffed, undercooked and just needs help overall. Went from 4 stars to 1 1/2 stars.

Ordered after a Disney trip at 12am on the app for pick up 15 min before arriving and still had to wait on line for 20 min to get the order. The food was ok, the wait time was not worth it. By the time we got the food, the kids were asleep, no one eat.

Visited on a Thursday evening around 8:30 p.m. I waited 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. The person taking the orders was not paying attention I had to repeat my order twice. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito. It was served at the right temperature and it was folded neatly not leaking any ingredients. It tasted good.

I like taco bell. They have great food, very very affordable. Even if someone gives you a $10 gift card you can buy 2 to 3 meals depending on what you order. I think that is great. But one thing I don’t like is at some locations the atmosphere in the place is sterile, sometimes not bright. Even the employees don’t look happy. When I walk in nobody greets me or is even at the front area. I have to wait to be attended and feel ignored. I believe it’s because the new order kiosks puts distance between the employee and consumer. They already have your order , so they don’t have to be friendly. Friendly is most of the reason I come back. So I pick my locations. Even if a taco bell is 2 steps from my home & it’s not what I like , I will travel farther to a happier, friendlier Taco Bell. I LOVE TACO BELL FOOD JUST NOT SOME LOCATIONS.

We can do it
All these bad reviews on here I seen about rude and bad employees. And they don’t have half the items available. There are barely any employees these days. There short staffed, just as every other place is. Everyone is on unemployment, lazy at home. Be thankful that there are even some employees there to make your food. You want to complaint, then learn to cook and go make your own food at home.

Food was great, the staff were VERY friendly and helpful, and the inside was open. That last was important because I don’t usually go to Taco Bell (I am more of a Del Taco customer) and unfamiliar with the current menu & didn’t want to block the drive through while deciding on my order. Lots of places close their inside earlier these days.
