We ordered two STEAK quesadillas via drive through and the service girl reconfirmed with us before we drove up to pay and pick up our food. When we finally sat down to eat… we found out they gave two small BACON quesadillas instead. INCOMPETENT service… can’t discern between different kind of meats.

I ordered lunch back in April and this is what I received for a 3 doritos locos combos. Would you eat that?? I emailed corporate for a refund and I got nothing. Moreover, I didn’t eat lunch that day and I never got my money back. I no longer eat at Taco Bell because this is the type of service I expect. Nothing. At this point, I don’t want a refund or a new order. I understand Taco Bell is a franchise and different locations operate differently. My review is that if you go there and order the doritos locos combos, it may not be edible especially during lunch time. Ask for utensils and good luck!

Idk who worked tonight around 10:40 pm but the dude who helped me is a mf G. Some weird dude cut the line and was helped in the drive thru even though he didnt have a car(im guessing homie was drunk and taco bell peeps didnt want trouble) but im in no rush, I know nacho fries take time. Nacho fries are worth the wait. Nacho fries won’t let you down. I get to the window and the employee is breaking a sweat apologizing profusely. I say it’s all good man don’t fret little one. My meal comes out to 10 dollars and some change, I pay and im on my way. I get home and my Nacho fries are crisp I could tell the employee kissed every single potato stick and tucked them in before seasoning them delicately

Go in to order some food and sit down. I was ignored up at the register for several minutes and finally someone come over and says if you want to order something you have to do it yourself. Well I just walked out after that..Next thing I will have to cook my own food and stull not save a penny on the meal.

Today I went through the drive thru and service was excellent! One of the items ordered was a Burrito Supreme combo. I don’t know what happened but this burrito was ridiculously small. No sour cream on top of it! Barely any filling. Almost the length of a taco that you pay maybe a third for! There is nothing worse than feeling as though you’ve been ripped off.

Pretty good Taco Bell. Except lately they keep saying they are only accepting mobile orders. 2nd time this week they told me that. Very inconvenient. Also they skimp heavily on the cheese for the nacho fries. They only fill up the sauce container 1/4 of the way (see pix). But other than that, it usually goes smoothly. The inside of the restaurant (pre covid) is generally pretty clean and roomy. There’s free wifi. The bathroom are kept clean. Drive thru service is good. Haven’t had a problem with order accuracy, but I have had problems with food quality before.

Whoa I’ve seen some doozies. But today taco bell you need some Adult supervision at this location. We have kids working the store today. Yelling at each other like in high school class. About 5 of the table are dirty. I literally just her on girl just yell at some one in the back and about had a melt down because they forgot a chicken chalupa. The only boy in the crew is flirting with the girls. And one is yelling to stop. I just heard the little asian employee call whom i think is the “manager” a butt face. WHAT is going on here? You do know that 8 patron’s are in the store and 3 are waiting to place an order while you guys are playing. Corp. You need to do something!
