I placed a future order on the app, when I arrived it was on the counter. I asked the guy at the counter how long it had been setting there the guy was no help, he said he didn’t know how do you not know. The food was cold horrible service never going to this store again.

This place is disgusting. Stopped in for a drink and to use the restroom. There are TWO customer restrooms available. The only markings on them were “gender neutral”. Someone was in both. I waited, waited, waited. Finally, an employee came out of one restroom, and looked at me & said let me get the key for the other one. I said someone is in there (for a LONG time) and they said they keep one bathroom for employees only. (which I don’t believe is legal) I waited some more and still the person in the other restroom didn’t come out. Another employee came by and I asked if I could please use the other restroom and they repeated the same thing. They asked if someone was STILL in the other one (yes) so they went & knocked and walked away. My husband asked an employee if they could unlock the other restroom for me and they said it was for employees only. He said, well, can we USE it please? They said they had to go check with the manager but never returned. Eventually the person in the restroom came out and handed me the key attached to a spatula. It smelled like feces very strongly. I hesitated to go in but by now had to pee really badly. There was feces smeared around on the floor between the sink and the toilet. It stunk to high heaven. I almost threw up. If I didn’t have to pee so bad I would have just left. I hovered, peed and washed my hands profusely. I wrapped the “key” in paper towels. My husband now had to pee so I had to warn him before going in. Most disgusting this ever. There was ONE customer in the entire restaurant, she looked to be homeless, camped out in the corner. (this is who was in the restroom for so long) We went outside, used a ton of hand sanitizer, wiped down the bottom of our shoes with alcohol wipes and tried to get the smell out of our noses. I would NEVER eat in this place. It was dirty and the staff was horrible. Trying to find out the manager’s name/contact info so I can report this. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Eduardo P. he was very rude… he is yawning while taking my order he didn’t hear I said number 6 n gave a number 2 when my food came I told him I said a number 6 and he argued back saying no I said a number 2. No manager to correct the problem I left gave the food to the homeless cause am allergic to flour tortillas but I didn’t want to argued with them. Eduardo if you are tired stay home make us all that favor.

So, I rarely eat out anymore but usually I can eat anything I want without much of a problem and I’ve eaten here several times in the past when I used eat out more often. I have always been a little iffy about this location. Chips are always stale and taste like they’re fried in really old oil but I was at the bank on October 28 and decided I hadn’t had a Nacho Bellgrande in a long time and I needed one. With guacamole. I ate around noonish, I wouldn’t say eat as much as I’d say inhale and all was well until I woke up from a dead sleep around eleven p.m. incredibly nauseous. That isn’t unusual for me to have bouts of nausea with a few of my chronic illnesses so I waited for it to pass, and I started getting the cold clammy sweats. I really didn’t feel good at all, then everything let loose all at once. It was not a pretty sight. I mean I’m chronically ill and I haven’t been that sick in at least five years. I cant even begin to describe what was happening to my body other than it felt like my stomach, my entire digestive system was trying to turn itself inside out and escape my body. I ended up calling 911 at about five thirty a.m. after vomiting (etc…) for six hours straight, unable to even keep water down and becoming dangerously dehydrated from the food poisoning y’all gave me. Several hours in the hospital, two doses of Zofran, and two bags of fluids later, I felt a little better. I’m definitely never going to eat here again, I’ll probably never eat at any Taco Bell again after that experience. Not only was it pure hell, I’m autoimmune and any kind of bacteria or bacterial infection on top of the ones I already have can most definitely end my life.
