I go to this place every other day. The last few time I’ve been helped by the same girl. Well the last time I thought she must just be having a bad day. But no all 3 times she’s been rude to me. Pulls my bag back so I have to lean out far to reach my bag. I thought this was because I was a bit away. But today I made sure to get extra close . And she did it to me again. The girl I talking about has braces and works morning shift. I hope this helps anyone. Also if this has happen to you with the same girl hmu. Let’s get her fired

Just went thru drive thru the young girl working drive thru was so rude. Looked like she just woke up. I was trying to get her name before I could even say anything the window was shut on me. I gave her a &20 and she gave me $2 back. I told her I have you a twenty she said yeah I had to charge you for creamer lol since when? My co workers and I go there a lot and have never been charged for creamer won’t be going back any time soon. If Taco Bell doesn’t train on customer service they should start.

It was a very attractive inside and it was completely comfortable and I was very intrigued by the kiosk monitor and I was able to order my own food and I mean I was able to apply any thing added or removed from my order and I was very satisfied with the results and I’m going to rate my visit a five and I recommend anyone who is near by to get something to eat if you have the urge to grab a bit or just chill out it’s element of the place is quite high vibrational energy and overall calm and relaxed vibes for the whole family. Two cars in the drive through I am one of the two. They managed to mess up my order three times in a row. Handed me my food with my cheese cup spilled over my entire order inside the bag. When I request a new cup of cheese the employee gave attitude. Drove home with order trying not to let the experiance ruin my meal. Once able to check entire order I became aware that they managed to forget the other half of that item as I was able to check my bag the chips were missing. I went back and requested that I am refunded or my order is remade. Get home again after order is remade to find that Taco Bell forgot how to make a taco supreme. Done with this company.

Service was fast and girl at the window was very friendly and professional. I had the seven layer burrito and soft tacos. Food tasted good but my disappointment would be the size of the burrito and tacos I ordered. Location directly off the freeway was very convenient.
